About Allen Jones

Allen Jones is a national speaker, trainer, consultant, and manager with a passion for improving employee morale and productivity in the workplace. With over a decade of solid corporate management experience under his belt, Allen has shared his business insight with such companies as Cox Enterpises, SunTrust Bank, Alcoa, AutoTrader.com, Delco-Remy Electronics, Piedmont Hospital, Nuesoft Technologies, the I.R.S., Drake Beam Morrin, and Southern Graphic Systems. He has also lead classes, seminars, and workshops at universities across the nation.

Originally from Indiana, Allen earned his Masters with a focus in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from Indiana University and a holds a B.S. degree from Purdue University. Allen now lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
